Our returns and exchanges are now online.

Please login to your customer account using your email and request a return on the item(s) you wish. Your request will be reviewed by our team and a response and instructions will be emailed to you.

Returns and Exchanges

We will happily exchange, credit, refund (excluding if applicable, original shipping costs) any full-priced items that are in original condition, with tags attached and are unworn, unwashed, and hygiene stickers not removed.  In the instance your order is returned for a refund any complimentary shipping costs that are offered at the time of your order being placed will be deducted from you refund. 

Please remember;

Return requests must be received within 10 days of receiving your goods. Returns will not be accepted after 10 days from date of delivery. Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer.  If your return is eligible for a refund, this can only be returned to the original payment method used to make the purchase. Refunds must be processed back on the same debit/credit card used, we cannot refund to a different payment method.  Purchases that have previously been exchanged for another colour, size, or style are not eligible for a refund.

Sale items: Please note we do not accept any returns on sale clothing item(s), all sales are final.  We do not accept any returns on sale swimwear item(s) for a refund, you may return your swimwear item(s) for a store credit, and any complimentary shipping will be deducted. 

 BLACK FRIDAY - All Black Friday sales are final.  No returns or exchanges.

 International Returns and Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges on international orders. If you would like to change your item(s), please lodge your return online, once approved send back your item(s) for a refund.  And then purchase the item(s) and size you would like.  Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of the return postage. All returns will be assessed within 1-3 days once they have been received by us.  If they meet our conditions of return you will be issued a refund for the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) using the same payment method in which you made the purchase.

Faulty Goods

All items returned as faulty will be thoroughly examined, any items deemed subject to general wear will not be accepted as faulty. Return of faulty items must be returned within 10 days from date of delivery of your goods. If the item is deemed faulty, we are happy to offer a replacement (if available), store credit or full refund.
