International Purchases

All purchases inside of New Zealand will not incur any additional taxes or customs charges. All purchases travelling outside of New Zealand, Solsea Swim is not liable for any additional duties or customs charges that may occur during transit and/or on delivery. Charges vary from country to country and Solsea Swim has no control over these and cannot foresee what these charges might be. If you decide to refuse your purchase due to the cost of taxes/duties, this amount will be deducted from your purchase upon arrival back to Solsea Swim. Any return shipping costs incurred will also be deducted. 

Returns and Exchanges

We will happily exchange, credit, refund (excluding if applicable, original shipping costs) any full-priced items that are in original condition, with tags attached and are unworn, unwashed, and hygiene stickers not removed.  In the instance your order is returned for a refund any complimentary shipping costs that are offered at the time of your order being placed will be deducted from you refund.  Please lodge a return and send your returns back within 10 days of receiving your goods along with completed returns slip. Returns will not be accepted after 10 days from date of delivery and will be returned to you if sent. Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer.

If your return is eligible for a refund, this can only be returned to the original payment method used to make the purchase. Refunds must be processed back on the same debit/credit card used, we cannot refund to a different payment method. 

Purchases that have previously been exchanged for another colour, size, or style are not eligible for a refund.

International Returns and Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges on international orders. If you would like to change your item(s), please return your item(s) with your Returns Card and select Refund, and then purchase the item(s) and size you would like.  Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of the return postage. All returns will be assessed within 1-3 days once they have been received by us.  If they meet our conditions of return you will be issued a refund for the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) using the same payment method in which you made the purchase.

Faulty Goods

All items returned as faulty will be thoroughly examined, any items deemed subject to general wear will not be accepted as faulty. Return of faulty items must be returned within 10 days from date of delivery of your goods. If the item is deemed faulty, we are happy to offer a replacement (if available), store credit or full refund.
